Select, 2-Day Blue Label, 1-Day Red

All returns
must be authorized by Sno-Parts East
and are subject to a 15% restocking
charge. This applies to
new and unused parts only! No
returns are accepted after 30 days
from date of invoice. No credit or
refund will be issued on parts
returned without an authorization
number. |

Limited
Warranty: |

Sno-Parts East
warrants each of its products to
be free from defects in materials
and workmanship. All liability is
limited to the repair or replacement
of the part(s). This warranty will
not cover any part that has been
altered misused, improperly
installed, or damaged by accident.
Sno-Parts East shall, in no event,
be liable for consequential damage
or
contingent liability arising out of
any total or partial failure to
function of any article manufactured
by if or of any equipment on
or in which it is used. Failure of a
user to give notice of claim as to
defect claimed under the provisions
of this warranty within sixty(60)
days of the appearance of such claim
shall constitute a waiver by
customer of all claims with respect
to such goods and equipment.
No expressed, implied, or statutory
warranty other than that herein
set forth is made or authorized to
be made by the company. |
